started watching VFW but it wouldnt stream fast enough so I watched TC 2000

its about billy blanks is a future cop spinkicking crime in an underground tunnel, but his evil leader wants to enter the kill zone and wipe out the surface world, which includes Bolo Yeung except he's too old to do the kicking scenes himself but he does a lot of punching. Also there's a spinkicking gang with stupid facepaint and a spinkicking cyborg but the bad kind where she looks like a normal human
