I figured out ezgif does text good instead of bad like how I thought it would be I'm sorry I doubted you ezgif you're the best

i was trying to resize this on ezgif but it was not very easy to do without distorting it

I made it using this freeware program called licecap, a screen recorder that spits out low-filesize gifs. this let me set the dimensions to 468 x 80, which is as close as I could get to 468 x 60 without cutting it off.
