I shall roam the barren wastelands harvesting skulls and building up an army of nuclear zombies. When I have gathered enough skulls I shall have a pyramid built from the skulls, which shall become the center of my empire. I shall then harvest the radiation of the zombies and use it to fuel a blue beam of ionizing radiation that shall shoot into the heavens from the top of my edifice of bone.

This nuclear ray shall illuminate the wasteland around the pyramid and shall serve as a beacon.
