They had way more animation budget than normal in the new movie and they went nuts with it in terms of onscreen motion. So far, making this work in 3 MB has been easier than I expected.

I cut that down to make it short enough for a gif. That mostly means removing the parts where they stand in place while they're talking. The interesting and hard part is making it so that Piccolo's cape still moves convincingly.
