I used to have an illness for a long time I had a resting heartrate of like 140 bpm but it got much worse than that sometimes and I'd be like "shut up, heart, I'm trying to sleep", plus side I never needed any heating or actually any clothes either, I used to push it when exercising and my pulse I could feel at all times in my neck went from like a distinct beat into more of a heavy click like a square wave

Yeah eventually I was in A&E on an unrelated issue and they wouldn't let me leave the hospital, it turned out I have a nurse fetish so it wasn't so bad. I seem to be OK now.
