I wonder if you could go from Premiere, export an MP4, then create a WebM file with that as your source.
Might need to download some specialized software for the WebM creation, though. But it seems to be worth it? Just being able to add audio adds a whole new dimension. Like, for example, imagine how cool that Cabba GIF would be if you could hear him using his energy beam.
I'm really thinking out loud here, since I need to do the same thing. Adding audio is something I've wanted to do forever, it makes jokes funnier. How much better would a new krust be if there was some hilarious soundtrack and sound effects behind it, you know?

I don't do any audio and don't plan to anytime soon. It's hard enough to get stuff to loop properly, and it's not gonna sound good. I also sometimes edit things down for brevity and the audio would probably suck for that too.
